What we do
A shipment’s journey is a paper trail
We are not a freight forwarder. We carry the product from idea to shelf: we find the factory, build the brand, protect it and deliver a finished product. Every step produces a real document.

Finding the factory
We select and vet a plant for your task — or work with the supplier you already have. Our buyers negotiate in Chinese, visit the floor and explain Russian requirements to the factory before the line starts.

Packaging and brand
We design the packaging and place the order so the factory produces the goods already in it. What arrives is not an unmarked carton but a product under your own label. We launched our own brand, Olbit, the same way — seaweed snacks now sit in supermarket chains.

Registering the trademark
We help protect the mark at Rospatent — logo and wordmark, in Russian and in English. We took our own mark through the same process and have the decision to register from Rospatent. We know the road from the inside, not from a manual.

Production and freight
Contract, payment through Russian currency control, quality inspection of the batch and shipment. Sea, rail, road or a combination — chosen by schedule and budget rather than by habit.

EAEU labelling
Where goods fall under mandatory labelling, we order codes in the state system Chestny Znak and apply DataMatrix marks before customs procedures begin — at the supplier, at a foreign warehouse or at a bonded one, whichever is cheaper for your batch. The codes go into the declaration, so the goods can enter circulation the moment they are released.

Customs clearance
We classify the goods under the EAEU tariff, substantiate the customs value, pay duties and VAT. We prepare declarations and conformity certificates — the kind that survive an audit and do not get revoked.

Handover
We deliver to your door and, if it suits your bookkeeping, issue an electronic consignment note through the state system GIS EPD. We sell from our own Russian entity, with or without VAT. The goods are ready to ship to a marketplace or a retail chain on the day you accept them.

Our model pays off on batches from ₽1.5m (about $19,000). Clearance, certification and supervision cost nearly the same for a small batch as for a large one — below that line the fees eat your margin, and we will say so in the first conversation.
Origins
Where we ship from
The main routes are worn in to predictable timings. Each has its own buying team and vetted contractors.
We ship beyond these routes too — we have moved cargo from every country in Asia, as well as from Europe and Latin America. If your supplier sits elsewhere, ask: the route probably already exists.
Who does the work
Buyers on the ground
Our people go to the plant, speak to the factory in Chinese and explain Russian product requirements before the batch reaches the line. Defects and non-conformities therefore surface in China, not at a Moscow customs post.
A shipment is not a transaction for us. With some suppliers we have worked for years and know their families. That is why a factory takes our remarks about a label seriously instead of shrugging them off.
