From full end-to-end supply to a document set you apply yourself. Prices are quoted in roubles because that is the currency the paperwork is filed in.
Service 01
Turnkey import
For regular shipments we move to a retainer from ₽70,000 a month, which works out cheaper than per-shipment pricing.
Discuss a shipmentThis is the core service. We take the whole path of the product — from the first letter to the factory to the moment the batch stands in your warehouse with a complete set of documents.
What it covers
- Sourcing and vetting. We select a plant for the task, check it out and negotiate in Chinese. If you already have a supplier, we work with them.
- Packaging and brand. We design the packaging and place the order so the goods leave the line already in it.
- Trademark. We help register the mark at Rospatent — logo and wordmark, in Russian and in English.
- Contract and payment. A foreign trade contract written to protect the buyer, not only the seller. Payment goes through legally and currency control is closed out with documents.
- Freight. Sea, rail, road or a combination, chosen by schedule and budget. Cargo is insured.
- Labelling. We order Chestny Znak codes and apply DataMatrix marks before clearance — without them the goods are not released.
- Customs clearance. Classification under the EAEU tariff, customs value substantiated, duties and VAT paid. The declaration is filed in our name, so the risk on it is ours.
- Permits and certificates. Declarations and certificates of conformity — the kind that survive an audit.
- Handover. Delivery to your door, electronic consignment note if needed, sale from our Russian entity with or without VAT.

Deal supervision
One wrong tariff code, or one clause missing from a contract, costs more than a year of supervision.
DiscussYou have your own supplier, your own broker and every intention of running the import yourself. We do not take the process over — we look at it with experienced eyes and tell you where you are about to lose money.

Where the model pays off
Our scheme starts to make sense on batches from ₽1.5m, roughly $19,000. Clearance, certification and supervision cost almost the same for a small batch as for a large one; below that line those fees eat your margin. We will say so in the first conversation rather than take a deposit and shrug later.
